Thirty Day Video Challange – Video 01

Welcome to the Thirty Day Video Challenge!

Here’s my very first video for this challenge (best to get it out of the way quick – like a band-aid :) ):

I’m super excited to have you come along for this ride with me and

I hope that we both find that this process makes doing these “talking head”

videos easier.

First thing to do is get comfy and familiar with our equipment.

And for me anyway – I have to get past a serious shyness I have with

being in front of the camera.

Maybe it’s the same for you too.

So we begin :)

If you’d like to share your link below to your first challenge video -

that would be super!

Make it a great day,

PS. If you’ve arrived at this page without opting in to the emails – be sure to go to the “Free 30 Day Video Challenge” link at the top of the page and sign-up :)

Well, let’s go to the next!

    Hi Damayanthi –

Excellent to see you starting this! You’re so right about consistency being our biggest challenge – I think it’s true for most people.

I like these shorter sprints of “consistent” … makes the doing possible.

    Good job!
    Andrea
